Watch the Mundials and the ADCC and you'll see this type of escape being used over and over. You'll notice that when people escape the mount in MMA, it's also usually to half guard (something like this). The escapes that require you to grab Uke's arms and bridge him over (Upa), very rarely work against good grapplers IMO.Borisnoreply@blogger.com
